I would LOVE to share with you why I love what I do and how you can do it too!

MY JOURNEY: I originally signed up because I fell in love with the books and I have three boys that I wanted to build a home library for. I signed up and decided I would not sell or do any parties or events, I just wanted the books at discount. Quickly, I found out there were no minimums/quotas to fill, so it became fun and was non pressuring so I decided to give it a try and have fun!

Shortly within my first three months, I promoted Express Success to Team Leader and along with that I had an amazing team underneath me and I earned oodles and oodles of books and cash! Within a few months after that, I realized that our dream of adopting again could happen much quicker then we expected. We thought it would be several years due to finances but because of my income with Usborne Books & More, I make more then I did with my past three jobs and this one allows me to stay at home with my boys! We were able to adopt our third son thanks to UBAM! 

 The company truly pampers us with trips. I have earned a 3 FREE trips so far to Ireland, Western Caribbean Cruise and Disney World! So many other fun things like prize incentives each month for doing well such as free books, gift cards and fun gadgets and a lot of other amazing gifts. I also earned a FREE mini iPad, Coach bag and apple watch from the company!

My team is under the Literacy League team! We have a sisterhood in our team that I love! We put family first, which is very important to me! I love our team and I love the family feel of it. We are one big family and I have become so close with so many of them!We have a fun facebook group just for our team, a website we built just for our team with amazing training and we do challenges, recognition and encourage each other.
